Have a new employee who needs access to Information Technology Services applications or infrastructure?

Argos

Argos is our enterprise reporting tool. If your department or employee needs access to Argos, submit an EAS work requests ticket.

  • Create a help ticket
  • Select Information Technology Services
  • Select EAS Work Requests
  • Fill out the appropriate fields in the form

Request Access to Banner

Banner is our enterprise resource planning tool. Only a supervisor can request access for an employee. If you need access, have your supervisor download the “Request for Banner Access” form and submit to Selena Grimes. The appropriate signatures are designated on the form.

Hardware/Software Request

Are you seeking a laptop, printer, Software or a mobile communication device (Aircard, two-way radio, mobile phone) for a new employee? For computer technology, fill out the “Technology Request form". For mobile communciation devices, fill out the "Mobile Communciations Equipment Request form". Once complete, submit to Information Technology Services. The appropriate signatures and budget numbers are needed to complete the requests.

Office/New Hire setups

Have a new employee, Client Services and Technology Operations are available to the employee’s workspace. Our standard workspace includes a windows desktop computer, telephone, and access to a network printer. To request equipment or software, fill out a Hardware/Software requests.
