Identity Management and Security

Enterprise Application Services will process requests for security access to Enterprise Applications. All other application security requests can go through the ticketing system.

Enterprise Application security include:

  • Security requests for additional access to Banner is processed via the Security Request Form.
  • Security requests for any other EAS application can go through the BMC ticketing system. Management should request security for their subordinate.
  • Requests to modify existing provisioning of Active Directory accounts. A request should be made through the Project Server.
  • Security requests to remove access from any of the EAS applications can go through the BMC ticketing system. Management should request security for their subordinates.

This service is available to faculty and staff.
