Report an Issue

Do you need to request a laptop, record an event, or does your equipment need to be serviced? The Quick Ticket page is the resource to use. From reporting an issue to technology needs, submitting a Quick Ticket alerts the proper ITS department so your needs can be quickly addressed.

To submit a ticket:

  • Go to: Submit a Ticket
  • Enter your Southwest username and password
  • Verify that the location information is correct, change if necessary
  • Click the plus (+) sign next to the Information Technology Services department you wish to contact
  • Choose the checkbox under the proper category
  • Enter the details of your request
  • Click Submit Form at the bottom of the page
  • You will receive an email confirming your request
  • You will be contacted by the department once the ticket is received
