EAS acts as the technical contact for college administrative software and technical requests for issues concerning these applications.

The range of features this service includes:

  • Technical assistance of Third Party Applications features.
  • Integration of systems Third Party Applications with other college applications, such as, the portal or Active Directory.
  • Adjustment of Third Party Applications, such as configuration changes and code writing.
  • Work with customer in Testing/Validation of newly developed applications.
  • Assist consultants with Technical Tasks/Setup of new applications or features of existing applications.
  • Ongoing development and maintenance of third party software, including upgrades, patches, etc.
  • This service is available to faculty and staff.
